Baxter H. Hogue, LPC – Clinical Director
Baxter has worked with young people in various settings for over 15 years; serving as a youth leader for his church in addition to his extensive clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families. He has a particular interest in working with individuals struggling to find meaning in their lives.
Baxter founded Imagine Behavioral Health 2008 to provide effective and comprehensive treatment for late adolescents and young adults. With the outstanding success of the young adult programs and services, in 2010 additional programs and treatment teams were assembled to provide the same effective services to adults in need of comprehensive and effective counseling and psychiatric treatments.
Baxter is member of the American Counseling Association, Mississippi Counseling Association, and American Group Therapy Association. He is the Clinical Director at Imagine Behavioral Health and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is married and has three children.

Sagar Patel, M.D. – Medical Director
Dr. Patel graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi, where he also attended and completed medical school. He completed his internship and residency training at Medical University of South Carolina in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry. His fellowship in Sleep disorders was completed at the University of Mississippi. He is currently Board Certified in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, and Sleep disorders.
Dr. Patel is available to see patients currently being treated by Imagine therapists on Tuesday afternoons starting at 4:30 P.M.
Byron Galloway, LMFT – Staff Therapist
Byron has 25 years of experience in providing therapy services. His extensive work with both inpatient and outpatient populations has afforded him much opportunity to develop his skills as a clinician. Although experienced in counseling a broad spectrum of issues, Byron has particular interest in and competency with working with those struggling with marital and family crisis, toxic shame, severe emotional difficulties (i.e., depression or anxiety disorders), and men’s issues.
Byron is available for appointments during the noon time hours or in the evening. Byron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He his married and has two children.

Kaleigh Countiss, NCC – Adult Night Program Director, Staff Therapist
Kaleigh received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mississippi State University. Her clinical experiences include working with adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse and severe emotional and behavioral disturbances. Kaleigh has a particular interest in assisting people facing sexual abuse and trauma issues; as well as, individuals and families in crisis. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Warren Hogue – Office Manager
